Reed Cabral Photography LLC values its customers’ privacy. This Privacy Policy, effective June 16, 2021, will help you understand how we collect and use personal information, what we will do with that personal information, and what we will not do with that personal information. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. If this Privacy Policy changes such that Reed Cabral Photography LLC decides to make use of any collected personally identifiable information in a manner that drastically differs from what was stated in this Privacy Policy when that information was originally collected, all affected customers shall be notified by email within 5 business days of the new effective date for the updated Privacy Policy. 

This Privacy Policy governs any and all data collected and used by Reed Cabral Photography LLC. Please note that Reed Cabral Photography uses services provided by third party companies, including but not limited to Stripe, TaxJar, Squarespace, PayPal, Etsy, USPS, UPS, FedEx, CanvasHQ and Mpix to conduct business operations. This Privacy Policy does not govern the collection of data by third party companies.

All personally identifiable information that we collect is voluntarily provided by customers, including email, first name, last name, shipping address, phone number, and billing address. This information allows us to perform the following business operations:

  1. Contact customers to confirm order submissions, send order status updates, send shipping status updates, and any other correspondence related to customer orders

  2. Ship purchased products to customers

  3. Process payments from customers

This information will only be accessed by Reed Cabral Photography LLC in payment logs on Squarespace and Stripe. 

All persons under the age of 13 may not make purchases on this site. If it is discovered that personally identifiable information has been collected from a person under the age of 13, that personally identifiable information will be immediately discarded.
