What kind of photographic paper is used for the prints?
Matte paper is used for all regular prints by default, since matte paper is the preferred paper choice when framing prints. If you would like a different kind of paper to be used, please reach out to me via the contact form on this website or to email me directly at reedcabralphotography@gmail.com to discuss what you are looking for.
How will the canvas prints look?
Canvas prints are wrapped around a 1.5” wooden frame. The edges of the canvas will be black. The canvas will arrive ready to hang.
Are frames included with my purchase?
No, frames are not included with your purchase. If you would like to add a frame, please reach out to me via the contact form on this website or to email me directly at reedcabralphotography@gmail.com to discuss what you are looking for.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
You should expect your purchase to ship within 10 business days and you will receive a notification when it does ship. If there are any delays, I will notify you via email. If you do not get a proper notification or are concerned about the status of your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me via the contact form on this website or to email me directly at reedcabralphotography@gmail.com.
What should I do if my purchase arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to your purchase while it is in transit. Please rest assured that I inspect all prints prior to shipping them to you. If your purchase does arrive damaged, you may contact me within 7 calendar days from the moment your purchase arrives at your shipping address via the contact form on this website or to email me directly at reedcabralphotography@gmail.com so we can discuss next steps.
What is the return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the moment your purchase arrives at your shipping address to notify me that you will be returning your purchase. You will have 21 days from the moment your purchase arrives at your shipping address to ship the item back. Your item will not be eligible for a refund if both steps are not taken within 14 calendar days. You must notify me via the contact form on this website or by emailing me directly at reedcabralphotography@gmail.com. Unfortunately, I do not cover the cost associated with shipping your purchase back to me. This is because I will only ship a print that is up to my standards. I inspect all prints prior to shipping them to you, and I would never send you a print that I would not put on display in my own home.
